As previously announced in the “Notice on Transition to a Holding Company Structure via SoleShare Transfer” dated March 26, 2026 and other disclosures, KYUDEN Holdings Inc. (the "Company") was established today as the sole parent company of Kyushu Electric Power Co., Inc. and was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market and the Fukuoka Stock Exchange.
